Delivery and Return

Thank you for choosing V’s Med Spa. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience — whether you’re booking a treatment or purchasing products. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle orders, delivery, returns, and appointment cancellations.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States only.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also log into your account to check your order status at any time.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened skincare products or used tools) are non-returnable.
How to Return:
Contact us at vskindareandlaser@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s processed.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at vskindareandlaser@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.
5. Appointment Cancellations
We value your time and ours — please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full service cost.
Spa-initiated Changes: On rare occasions, we may need to adjust your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you promptly and offer alternative options.
